ஆரம்பத்தில் ஸ்கேனர்,பிரிண்டர் அப்புறமாய் மவுஸ்,கீபோர்டு அதன் பின் கேமரா, பென் டிரைவ்கள் என அமைதியாய் தன்னை ஆக்கிரமித்து கொண்டிருந்த USB thing இப்போது ஒரு காய்ச்சல் போல் கணிணி geek-களை பிடித்தாட்டுவித்து கொண்டிருக்கின்றது. யாரும் நினைத்திராத அளவில் அது இன்று அனைவருக்கும் ஒரு pet.கையடக்க அளவில் எளிதில் எல்லா கணிணி சாதனங்களையும் plug and play அதாவது மாட்டு ஓட்டு நிலைக்கு கொண்டுவந்தது USB யின் சாதனையே. இப்போது அந்த யூஎஸ்பி எதெற்கெல்லாம் பயனாகின்றதென்று பாருங்கள். டீ கப்பை சூடாக்குவதிலிருந்து பக்கத்து டெஸ்க் மேதாவிக்கு ஏவுகணை விடவரை போய்விட்டது.
